How long will it take to ship my package?

Please allow 2-14 days of processing and transit time from the time of your order to receiving your package.   

Are your products vegan? 

All our products are vegan except our Pink Glow clay mask which contains buttermilk butter. 

My coffee cares melted!

This cream may melt during transit. It is important to store Coffee Cares in a cool, dry place. High heat (above 75 degree fahrenheit) will cause the cream to melt and the texture will change. Butter beads are normal in natural products and occur if the cream melts and hardens slowly. This will not effect the efficacy of the product. To avoid a grainy texture you may remelt the product by placing it without the top in a pot with a little water on low heat or with the top on run hot water over the jar. Once it melts, carefully remove it and place it in the refrigerator until it hardens. This product can not be exchanged or refunded if melted. 

Are you products safe during pregnancy?

While our ingredients are mild, natural and used in ideal ratios for pregnant woman, we recommend you consult your doctor before using any skin care products, since we are not medical professionals and are unable to give you medical advice.

How do I ensure the masks and scrub last a while? 

Keep unused product dry. If water gets into the scrub or mask containers mold may appear. Please toss it out if that happens. I don't use any preservatives in the powder products since I create them in small batches and they should be used up before the 6 month shelf life.
